Roughcast – We are Back

The hardcore punk band „ROUGHCAST“ is now bringing an adventure that began with the recordings in 2008 and was shared with friends as a demo EP in 2009, but never released to a wide audience, to its conclusion. In late summer 2022, „ROUGHCAST“ reunited after a 10-year break to rock the stages of the world. All of this is best done with a release of the old recordings, which were never really completed. In „Mister Ristel“ from PlayDivision they had found a partner who would remix and remaster the old album „WE ARE BACK“.
Unfortunately, the band’s drummer died in the process, so he was no longer able to witness the release. The band could have buried the whole project with their friend forever, but in his honor they consciously decided to preserve his drum and vocal tracks for posterity with the release of the album „WE ARE BACK“ to honor him and his work not to forget.
